Details

In times of challenge and uncertainty, we need practices that help us to expand our capacity for empathy, curiosity, creativity and connection and to connect us to the place of all possibility. Bringing together Jewish text study and art making practices from the field of art therapy, the Jewish Studio Process methodology offers an entryway into deep Jewish exploration, an accessible approach to creativity, and the tools for increasing self-awareness. Facilitated by Rabbi Adina Allen, co-founder and Creative Director of Jewish Studio Project, this special day-long intensive offers a hands-on experience in the Process as well as concrete ways to use aspects of this method to support your personal and professional life. If you are seeking ways to cultivate your creativity, build professional community, deepen your connection to Judaism, and find ease and steadiness amidst the challenges of life, this Immersive is for you!
