Grace Our Space with Your Artwork!

We feature the work of contemporary creators on our century-old walls. It’s a part of our commitment to inhabiting the intersection of Jewish tradition and 21st century Baltimore.

If you make two dimensional artwork and would like to share your creations with the Third Space community, let’s talk. Special consideration will be given to Baltimore-area artists and Jewish artists, though you need not be both (or either) to be considered. All two-dimensional media (and 3D that can be hung on the wall) are welcome, please anticipate sharing between 10 and 20 pieces.

A person with short hair, visible from the mid-torso up and wearing a short sleeved striped shirt with a collar smiles at the camera in front of a framed collage depicting a green dome behind trees.
Framed artwork lined up and leaning against the wall on either side of a long hallway in Third Space.

Rain Pryor and Mama Nef co-curated a visual-literary art exhibit that engages Jews of Color, white Jews, and non-Jewish Black artists.

Healing Bridges Across the Divide: Baltimore brings together Jews of Color, white Jewish, and non-Jewish African American artists in a collaborative process of addressing our historical experiences, unspoken issues, and possibilities for solidarity. We are grateful for the commissioned poets and visual artists who shared their stories: Anson Asaka, Jude Asher, Dominique Butler, Dr. Schroeder Cherry, Justin Orlando Fair, Michael Glaser, Jey Le Rey, Jadi Z. Omowale, Benjamin Shalva, Valerie A. Smith, A’Niya Taylor, and Art Vandelay.

You can visit the Healing Bridges exhibit from January 25 — May 12, 2025.
